延续护理对老年晚期胃癌患者化疗反应及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年晚期胃癌患者运用延续护理对其化疗反应及生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2017年1-12月期间收治的老年晚期胃癌患者66例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则运用延续护理,比较两组化疗反应发生情况、生存质量评分及满意度情况。结果:干预前两组各项生存质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的各项生存质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的化疗反应发生率明显低于对照组差异有统计学意义(X^2=7.255,P<0.05)。观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=9.288,P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予老年晚期胃癌患者延续护理可以减轻化疗反应,改善预后。Objective：To explore the effect of extended nursing on chemotherapy response and quality of life in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Method：A total of 66 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was received extended nursing.The incidence of chemotherapy response,quality of life scores and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：There were no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）;after intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of chemotherapy response in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=7.255,P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=9.288,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Extended nursing in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer can alleviate the response of chemotherapy and improve the prognosis.
