摘  要:目的:探究分析精细化管理在80岁以上接受髋关节置换手术的超高龄患者围术期中的实施效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月本院收治的接受髋关节置换手术超高龄患者105例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=53)和对照组(n=52)。试验组在患者围术期中接受精细化管理,对照组在患者围术期中接受常规护理管理,比较两组Harris、Barthel指数、生活质量评分以及患者满意度情况。结果:管理前,两组Harris、Barthel指数及生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,试验组各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.707、11.889、10.944,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。试验组患者的满意度为98.11%明显高于对照组的86.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.996,P=0.025)。结论:在接受髋关节置换手术80岁以上超高龄患者围术期中采取精细化管理能够更好地提升患者生活质量,帮助患者做好髋关节功能恢复,患者满意度普遍较高,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the implementation effect of delicacy management in the perioperative period of over-aged patients who received hip replacement surgery at or above 80 years old.Method:A total of 105 over-aged patients who received hip replacement surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group (n=53) and control group (n=52).The experimental group was received delicacy management during the perioperative period,the control group was received routine nursing management during the perioperative period.The Harris,Barthel index,quality of life scores and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in Harris,Barthel index and quality of life scores between the two groups before management (P〉0.05);after management,the scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=10.707,11.889,10.944,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 86.54% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.996,P=0.025).Conclusion:Delicacy management in the perioperative period of over-aged patients who received hip replacement surgery at or above 80 years old can better improve the quality of life of the patients, help the patients to restore the function of hip joint and the patients’ satisfaction is generally high,which is worthy of clinical application.
