彩超在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析彩超在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭中的价值。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者30例为观察组,同期选择健康体检者30例为对照组。两组均行心脏彩超检查,比较两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室舒张末期内径(LEVDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短分数(LVFS)、左室重量(LVM)、左室质量指数(LVMI)、左房内径(LAD)、二尖瓣舒张早期最大运动速度(A峰)、二尖瓣口舒张早期最大血流速度(E峰)、E/A、二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度峰值(Ea)等指标情况。结果:观察组SBP、DBP、LVEDD均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVM、LVMI均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF、LVFS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组E峰、E/A明显低于对照组,而A峰值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ级患者E/Ea、LVEDD、LAD均明显高于Ⅱ级,而LVEF明显低于Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。结论:针对高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭实施心脏彩超检查效果显著,即可对血液流动、心脏搏动、心腔构造等予以动态显示,还可对心脏功能予以准确判断,具有可重复操作、无创伤等优势,值得推广应用。ObjectiveTo study and analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left ventricular failure.Method： From January 2016 to January 2018,30 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left ventricular failure were selected as observation group and 30 healthy persons as control group.Both groups were examined by color Doppler echocardiography.Systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LEVDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular fraction shortening（LVFS）,left ventricular mass（LVM）,left ventricular mass index（LVMI）,left atrial diameter（LAD）,mitral diastolic velocity the largest early（A peak）,early diastolic mitral valve mouth maximum blood flow velocity（E peak）,E/A,the peak early diastolic mitral valve ring motion velocity（Ea）,and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Result：SBP,DBP,LVEDD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of LVM and LVMI in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,but LVEF and LVFS in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The E peak and E/A in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,while the A peak was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The E/Ea,LVEDD,LAD of grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of grade Ⅱ,while LVEF was significantly lower than that of grade Ⅱ,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy accompanied by left heart failure,the results of cardiac color ultrasound examination are remarka
