摘 要:以蚕桑行业为例,文章探讨了行业特色型专业研究生协同创新能力的培养及其提升途径。以科研训练为载体,以科研选题为中心,以学术交流为途径,形成"选题—训练—交流"的闭环,促进研究生协同创新能力提升;修订研究生培养方案,分类制定培养模式,建立健全开放体系,实现需求导向的培养模式和体系创新;以人为本,分类指导,学科交叉,构建金字塔式课程教学体系;鼓励不同形式的导师团队,校内外协同配备导师资源;面向行业需求指导实践性环节,设计项目式学习和实践,依托科教平台开展实习实训,构建"参观—实习—实训—科研"四位一体的实践教学体系。实施研究生创新能力提升计划三年来,研究生培养质量稳步提升,服务行业需求的协同创新和就业能力均有提升。Taking sericulture profession as an example,this paper aims to discuss the path to improve the cultivation of concerted innovative abilities of professionally characteristic postgraduates. A close-cycle of " topic selection-training-communication" is formed with research training as vehicle,topic selection as core and academic communication as path. The talent cultivation plan and curriculum design is revised to implement the classified cultivation models for different disciplines and majors,to perfect the open optional systems,and to realize the cultivation model and system innovation guided by needs. With people-centered philosophy,classified guidance,inter-disciplinary set-up,a pyramid-type teaching system is set up. With different forms of tutor teams encouraged,the allocation of tutor resources intramural and extramural,the guidance of practice teaching oriented to the professional needs,the design of project-type learning and practice,and the practice training based on the research and teaching platform,a four-in-one practice teaching system of " visit-practice-practice training-research" is built. In the past 3 years of postgraduates innovative ability improvement,the postgraduates quality is upgraded,and their concerted innovative abilities and job-hunting abilities are both raised to a higher level.
