考证对大学毕业生初次就业质量的影响研究——以南京农业大学管理类专业为例

摘　　要：为减缓就业压力,大学生试图以考证来获得应聘时的优势,因此大学生在校期间考证现象日益普遍。文章对南京农业大学管理类毕业生进行调研,控制大学生个人和专业特征,以搜寻工作时间、进入面试几率和薪酬水平作为就业质量评价指标,研究考证对就业质量的影响。研究表明,证书数量、类型以及备考平衡指标对就业质量有不同层面的影响,相对于其他通用型证书,英语六级证书、职业资格证书、能力型证书对就业质量有积极影响,同时考证与学习之间兼顾得越好,就业质量提高的可能性越大。In order to alleviate employment stress,college students try to obtain the employment advantages by attaining additional certification. Therefore,the phenomenon of college students ' certificate examination during school is becoming more and more common. Can the number of certificates increase the employment opportunities of college students? What kind of mechanism affects the quality of employment through the process and results of the research? These issues are timely concerns of college students and are also important research topics in the field of labor economy and education management. Based on this,the author conducts research on management graduates of Nanjing Agricultural University. On the basis of controlling the personal and professional characteristics of college students,the search time,the interview probability and the salary level are used as the employment quality evaluation indicators to study the impact on the quality of employment. The paper finds that the number,type and test preparation balance indicators have different levels of impact on employment quality. Compared with other general-purpose certificates,English six-level certificates,vocational qualification certificates and competency certificates have a positive impact on employment quality. At the same time,the better the relationship between research and study is maintained,the greater the possibility of improving the quality of employment will be.
