摘　　要：在现有客运交通安全管理领域,对客运驾驶员的从业资格评定与排查机制存在数据支撑力度不足,难以全面、及时掌握驾驶员的交通安全等问题,从而给客运交通安全带来了一定隐患。所以应建立客运驾驶员资格评定与动态排查的新型工作机制,并构建相应的基于大数据技术的信息化解决方案,为提高客运交通安全管理水平提供可以借鉴的方法及样本。In the current field of SMRPT（safety management of road passenger transport）, there existing insufficient data support in qulification assessment and dynamic investigation mechanism of passenger driver, it may bring us a great danger of security because of limitation and delay. The article suggests building a new mechanism of information technology solution based on big data, which offers referential ways and samples at the same time,it plays an important role in improving management efficiency of passenger transport ~
