“一带一路”视域下云南省清真食品产业研究

摘　　要：云南省地处我国西南对外开放的前沿地区,历经改革开放40年艰苦卓绝的奋斗,云南清真食品产业实现了从无到有、从弱到强的跨越式发展,而习近平总书记提出的"一带一路"倡议为云南清真食品产业发展指出了一条光明道路。作为云南社会经济领域的小部门,清真食品经济整体规模比较小,但是因其是回族人民的主要收入来源之一,是关乎回族社会经济的可持续发展的主要产业部门之一。鼓励和支持清真食品产业发展是党中央、云南省等各级部门的国策,"一带一路"倡议为云南清真食品产业发展提供了新的历史机遇,而云南清真食品产业则是"一带一路"建设的重要参与经济部门之一。Yunnan Province is located in the forefront of southwest China; and after 40 years of its strive for reform and opening up, the Muslim food industry in Yunnan Province has achieved a leapfrog development, that is from nothing to something and from weak to strong. And the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out a bright path for the development of Yunnan＇s Muslim food industry. As a small sector in the social and economic field of Yurman, the overall scale of the Muslim food economy is relatively small; however, as one of the main sources of income of the Hui people, it is one of the main industrial sectors re- lated to the sustainable development of the Hui society and economy. Encouraging and supporting the development of Muslim food in- dustry is the national policy of the CPC Central Committee of Yunnan Province and other departments at all levels, and the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has provided a new historical opportunity for the development of Yunnan Muslim food industry. The Yunnan Muslim food industry is one of the important economic sectors involved in the construction of＂Belt and Road＂.
