摘 要:本文采用SWOT分析方法对环盐湖体育旅游开发的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了分析,进而引用战略规划的TWOS系统分析方法对环盐湖体育旅游开发进行了战略规划。根据运城环盐湖体育旅游资源开发的机遇和存在的问题:应重点围绕着五个方面进行战略规划—根祖文化战略、华夏死海战略、关公大刀战略、区域联合战略、产品整合战略,以此来打造环盐湖体育旅游品牌。Tourism is one of the important breakthrough the golden triangle of the Yellow River to realize regional linkage development. This article USES the SWOT analysis method to the ring salt lake sports tourism development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed, and references to strategic planning of TWOS system analysis method for ring salt lake sports tourism development has carried on the practice of strategic planning. Draw a ring of yun cheng salt lake opportunities for the development of sports tourism resources and existing problems, and should focus on around the five aspects of strategic planning - the root face of hua xia culture strategy, the Dead Sea regional combination strategy, the duke guan gong dao strategy, product integration strategy, create ring salt lake sports tourism brand.
