柔润保湿霜联合咪唑斯汀、润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柔润保湿霜联合咪唑斯汀、润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的135例老年瘙痒症患者随机分为3组,各45例,观察组外用柔润保湿霜,bid,口服咪唑斯汀10 mg/d和润燥止痒胶囊4粒/次,3次/d;对照1组口服咪唑斯汀10 mg/d和润燥止痒胶囊4粒/次,tid;对照2组仅外用柔润保湿霜,bid;治疗4周后判定疗效。结果:观察组治愈率为44.44%,有效率为75.56%;对照1组的治愈率为28.89%,有效率为66.67%;对照2组的治愈率为22.22%,有效率为51.11%;观察组有效率和痊愈率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。皮肤瘙痒临床症状体征评分结果显示,观察组比两对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。3组均未出现明显不良反应而导致治疗方案终止。结论:外用柔润保湿霜联合口服咪唑斯汀、润燥止痒胶囊可显著改善老年瘙痒症患者的病情。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Moisture ＆ Softening cream combined with Mizolastine and Runzaozhiyang capsule for the treatment of pruritus senilis. Methods： 135 patients were randomly divided into observation group, control group 1 and 2. The observation group were treated with Moisture ＆ Softening cream twice a day and Mizolastine 10 mg once orally as well as 4 Runzaozhiyang capsules three times a day. The control group 1 patients were treated with the same oral medications as the observation group but no Moisture ＆ Softening cream for external use. The control group 2 patients were only treated with Moisture ＆ Softening cream twice a day. The clinical outcomes were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. Results： The cure rates of the observation group, the control group 1 and group 2 were 44.44%, 28.89% and 22.22% respectively, and the effective rates were 75.56%, 66.67% and 51.11% respectively. Both the cure and effective rates were higher in observation group than in control group 1 and 2（both P〈0.05）. Clinical signs and symptoms were significantly improved in observation groups than the two control groups（P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in all three groups, leading to the termination of the treatment program. Conclusion： Moisture ＆ Softening cream combined with Mizolastine and Runzaozhiyang capsule can treat senile patients effectively and safely.
