摘  要:以660MW超超临界机组主蒸汽管道和再热热段蒸汽管道为研究对象,从管材用量、造价和蒸汽阻力三方面对母管制和双管制管道布置方式进行比较。结果表明:双管制布置方式全面优于母管制布置方式,可为今后类似工程设计提供参考。Taking the main and hot reheat steam piping of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit as the object of study, a comparison was made between the header-lateral layout and double-branch layout on the aspects of tube material consumption, cost of manufacture and steam flow resistance, etc. Results show that the double-branch layout is comprehensively better than the header-lateral one, which therefore may serve as a reference for engineering design of similar projects.
