肾炎方治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾炎方治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将70例脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。2组均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的同时给予缬沙坦胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予肾炎方治疗。2组均以8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后的血尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Scr)水平、24小时尿蛋白定量、中医证候(包括腰背困痛、疲乏无力、水肿、夜尿多、畏寒肢冷)平均积分。结果治疗后2组24小时尿蛋白定量明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组各项中医证候平均积分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组各项中医证候平均积分下降更显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为74.3%,治疗组为94.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾炎方可改善脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者的中医证候,降低24小时尿蛋白定量,临床疗效显著,且具有较好的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shenyan Fang in the treatment of chronic glomerulo- nephritis with deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang. Methods Seventy cases of chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group. The 2 groups were both given basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with Valsartan Capsules combined with shenyan Fang and the control group was treated with Valsartan Capsules. A course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction, contents of blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum creatinine （Scr）,24 hour urine protein quantity, mean integral of TCM clinical symptoms （ including lumbago, lassitude, edema, more frequent urination,chilly sensation and the cold limbs） before and after treatment were compared in the 2 groups. Results After treatment, the contents of BUN, Scr and 24 hour urinary protein quantity decreased, in particular 24 hoururinary protein quantity decreased more difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; significantly compared with the same group before treatment, the and 24 hour urinary protein quantity of the treatment group de- creased more significantly compared with that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） ; the mean integral of TCM clinical symptoms of 2 groups decreased significantly compared with those of the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Moreover,those decreased more significantly in the treatment group compared with those of the control group after treatment, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.3%, that of control group was 74.3%, the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.
