摘  要:采用直接包覆法制备出了一种兼具磁性能和较高白度的磁性Fe_3O_4@Ti O_2纳米复合体,通过对复合体的SEM和XRD表征证明了复合体包覆成功。将磁性纳米复合体用作填料与纸浆混合来抄造磁性纸,研究了各种助留剂对复合体填料的留着效果以及填料用量对磁性纸各种性能的影响。结果表明,采用两性淀粉(Am S)作为助留剂对复合体填料的留着率最好。纸张的磁性能随复合体填料用量的增加而提高,但纸张的白度相应降低,复合体填料用量过多会使得磁性纸的强度明显降低。A kind of Fe3O4@TiO2 nanocomposite with magnetic property and high whiteness was prepared by coating directly, and the formation of the composite was confirmed by SEM and XRD characterization. In order to study the effect of different retention aids on the retention of nanocomposite and the effect of dosage of nanocomposite on properties of magnetic paper, the magnetic nanocomposite was used as a kind of filler and mixed with pulp to make magnetic paper. The result showed that the use of amphoteric starch (AmS) as retention agent was the best for retention of the composite filler. With the content of the filler increased, the whiteness of the paper decreased while the magnetic properties were improved accordingly, and the excessive addition of complex filler significantly reduced the strength of magnetic paper.
