摘　　要：目的探讨EmbryoGlue移植液对新鲜胚胎移植后妊娠结局的影响。方法本研究共纳入882例行新鲜胚胎移植的患者,其中434例采用EmbryoGlue移植液移植,448例采用CSC+10%SSS液移植,比较两组的种植率、临床妊娠率及活产率等。结果两组在种植率、临床妊娠率、多胎妊娠率、异位妊娠率及活产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但EmbryoGlue移植液组流产率显著高于对照组(16.94%vs 9.70,P<0.05)。结论 EmbryoGlue移植液似乎能一定程度的改善种植率及临床妊娠率,但由于较高的流产率,并未改善活产率。其效果需大样本、多中心的随机对照试验加以证实。Objective To explore the influence of EmbryoGlue on pregnancy outcome in the fresh embryo transfer. Methods A total of 882 patients with fresh embryo transfer were included, 434 of which were transferred with EmbryoGlue while the remainings were CSC＋10%SSS, The clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and live birth rate between the two groups were compared. Results No statistically significant difference were observed of implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate between two groups. However, the abortion rate of EmbryoGlue group was shown to be significant higher than CSC＋10%SSS group（16.94% vs 9.70%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our results suggest that EmbryoGlue seem to have any beneficial effect on implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. However, its higher abortion rate eventually reduces the live birth rate.
