半夏炮制品处方应付及处方剂量分析

摘　　要：目的:对半夏炮制品处方应付和处方剂量进行调查分析,为规范半夏炮制品的临床应用提供参考。方法:查阅全国各地中药饮片炮制规范,对半夏炮制品和处方应付进行梳理;以我院2016年7月1日~2017年6月30日的中药饮片处方为例,对法半夏、姜半夏、清半夏处方用量进行分析,比较不同剂量区间3种半夏炮制品的处方分布及构成比。结果:全国各地中药炮制规范共收载9种半夏炮制品,不同地区半夏炮制品处方应付不尽相同;我院法半夏、姜半夏、清半夏3种半夏炮制品超量应用现象比较常见,占24. 02%。结论:半夏炮制品处方应付全国各地尚不统一,处方剂量超量现象较常见,须加强临床应用管理。Objective： To analyze the prescription matching object and dosage ofPineUia ternata（Thunb. ） Breit. processed prod- ucts in order to provide reference for its application. Methods： The processed products and proscription matching objects of PineUia termata（Thunb. ） Breit were summarized according to the processing standards of traditional Chinese medicines （TMC） across the country. The TMC prescriptions in our hospital during July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017 were selected to analyze the dosages of three processed products of Pinellia ternata（ Thunb. ） Breit. , namely Pinellinae Rhizoma Praeparatum, PineUinae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cure Zingibere et Alumine and Pinellinae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Ahimine, and their proscription distribution and composition ratio itemized by dosages were compared. Results： There were nine kinds of PineUia ternata（Thunb. ） Breit. processed products recorded in the processing standards of TCM across the country. The prescription matching objects varied in different regions. The three kinds of Pinellia ternata（Thunb. ） Breit. processed products with overdosages accounted for 24.02% of all the studied prescriptions. Conclusion： Prescription matching objects ofPinellia ternata（Thunb. ） Breit. processed products are not unified in our country yet, and overdosge is a common phenomenon. Hence, clinical application management should be further strengthened.
