摘 要:随着城镇化进程的不断加深,建设项目的规模越来越大,所涉及的专业也更加复杂,建筑行业在快速发展的同时也面临着严峻的考验。BIM技术作为目前国内工程建设领域最受追捧的应用技术,受到越来越多的关注。本文将基于BIM技术为工程建立的信息化模型应用于我国大型工程的工程管理与施工成本控制之中,以期解决工程管理与施工过程中不同部门信息交换、实现信息共享、提高工程管理水平与施工效率、降低施工成本,对BIM技术的推广应用进行探索。With the deepening of urbanization, the scale of construction projects is getting larger and larger, and the specialties involved are more complex. With the rapid development of the construction industry, it is facing a severe test. As the most popular application technology in the field of engineering construction in China, BIM technology is attracting more and more attention. This article from the BIM technology in order to establish the information model is applied to the engineering of large engineering project management and construction cost control in our country, to solve engineering management and construction of different departments in the process of infdrmation exchange, realize information sharing, improve the level of project management and construction efficiency, reduce the construction cost, etc., for further popularization and application of BIM technology to explore.
