西方国家公共投资政策对我国转型期的启示

摘　　要：当前我国公共投资效益呈现下降趋势,经济也正处于转型期发展。本文阐述了现阶段我国公共投资所面临的一些问题,通过分析美国等一些西方国家推行的公共投资政策,比较其中的利弊,再结合我国的基本国情和现阶段经济发展情况,将这些经验教训作为借鉴,以此为启示来完善我国公共投资体系与结构,最终达到促进经济健康和谐稳定发展的目的。The current our country public investment efficiency showed a trend of decline, also is in the transitional period of economic development, this paper expounds some problems faced by public investment in our country at present stage, through the analysis of the United States and some other western countries public investment policy, is one of the advantages and disadvantages, combining our country＇s basic national conditions and current economic development situation, the experience and lessons for reference, to enlightenment to perfect China＇s public investment system and structure, finally achieve the purpose of promoting the healthy and harmonious and stable development of the economy.
