摘 要:目的验证高脂高铁对大鼠脂代谢及肝功能指标的影响。方法大鼠分为正常组、高脂组、高铁组、高脂高铁组、高脂去铁组,每组24只。分别自由摄取普通饲料和高脂饲料的同时,高铁组、高脂高铁组大鼠隔日肌肉注射右旋糖酐铁50 mg/kg;高脂去铁组大鼠处死前一个月尾静脉注射甲磺酸去铁铵30 mg/kg,3次/周;分别于干预后4个月、5个月、6个月选取8只大鼠,检测血清血清总胆固(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)含量。结果与对照组比较,干预后4个月、5个月、6个月,高脂组、高脂高铁组、高脂去铁组的血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著升高,HDL-C水平降低(P均<0.05);而高脂高铁组的TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT(4个月)、AST(5个月)水平明显高于高脂饲料组;与对照组比较高铁组ALT、AST水平显著升高;与高脂组比较,高脂高铁组ALT(4个月)、AST(5个月)水平升高。结论高铁负荷可加剧高脂摄食所致的脂代谢异常。Objective To verify whether iron can effect the fat metabolism and liver function in rats.Methods The rats were divided into control group, high fat diet group, high iron group, high fat diet and high iron group, high fat diet and de-iron group, each with 24 rats. The rats were allowed to freely take normal diet and high fat diet, while high iron group rats, high-fat diet plus high iron group rats received intramuscular injection of 50 mg/kg iron dextran every other day, and high-fat diet plus de-iron group rats received tail intravenous injection of 30 mg/kg deferoxamine one month before sacrificed, 3 times per week. At 4th, 5th, 6th month of intervention, 8 rats were selected for detecting serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), alanine transaminase(ALT), and aspartate transaminase (AST). Results Compared with the control group, at 4th, 5th, 6th month of intervention,the serum TC, TG, LDL-C of high fat diet group,high fat diet group plus high iron group, and high fat diet plus de-iron group were significantly increased,HDL-C were decreased. TC, TG, LDL-C, ALT (4th month) and AST(5th month) of high fat diet plus high iron group were significantly higher than those of high fat diet group. Compared with control group, serum ALT AST, of high iron group were significantly increased. Compared with the high fat diet group, serum ALT (4th month), AST (5th month) of high fat diet plus high iron group were significantly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion The iron can affect the fat metabolism and liver function in rats.
