摘 要:空分设备热开车精氩塔投运方法有2种:在粗氩塔工况建立后气态粗氩处于调纯阶段时提前投运精氩塔和粗氩塔工况稳定后气态粗氩中氧含量达标时投运精氩塔。以马钢20000 m^3/h空分设备为例,详细介绍精氩塔提前投运方法的特点及操作方法,阐述粗氩塔工况稳定后投运精氩塔方法的特点及精氩塔投运时对空分设备的影响,分析比较精氩塔提前投运方法的优势。There are two commissioning methods of hot-starting fine argon tower of air separation plant: the advance commissioning of the fine argon tower at the purity adjustment stage of the gaseous crude argon after establishment of the condition of the crude argon tower and the commissioning of the fine argon tower at the time when the oxygen content in the gaseous crude argon conforms to the standard after stabilization of the condition of the crude argon tower. Here, with 20000 m^3/h air separation plant of Masteel as the example, the features of advance commissioning method of the fine argon tower and its specific operation are detailed, the features of commissioning method of the fine argon tower after stabilization of the condition of the crude argon tower and the impact on the air separation plant during commissioning of the fine argon tower are described, and the advantages of the advance commissioning of the fine argon tower are analyzed and compared.
