摘  要:为了创造天然气离心管线压缩机进气室叶轮进口均匀进气条件,通过一维设计程序和数值分析(CFD)方法,对天然气离心管线压缩机的进气室进行了设计和开发;分析对比了有导流叶片和无导流叶片对进气室性能的影响,结果发现:有导流叶片相比于无导流叶片,进气室总压损失减小了0.7kPa;对导流叶片叶型进行了优化设计,圆弧形叶型相比于直线型叶型,总压损失减小了4.2kPa,总的流场得到了很好改善,达到了设计和优化目的。In order to keep the even air intake condition at the impeller inlet of NG centrifugal pipeline compressor inlet chamber, the inlet chamber of the NG centrifugal pipeline compressor is designed and developed with one- dimensional design program and numeral analysis method ( CFD ), the effect on the inlet chamber performance by the inlet with/without guide blades are analyzed and compared, the result of which shows that the total pressure loss of the inlet with the guide blades is 0.7 kPa lower than that without the guide blades. The shape of the guide blade is subjected to the optimized design, compared with the straight blade, the total pressure loss of the circular blade decreases by 4.2 kPa, the overall flow field is greatly improved and the purpose of design and optimization is reached.
