2016年武汉大学人民医院痰热清注射液的使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析2016年武汉大学人民医院痰热清注射液的使用情况,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对武汉大学人民医院2016年1~12月使用痰热清注射液的门急诊患者的性别、年龄、处方科室、不合理用药情况等进行统计分析。结果共收集门诊处方400张。使用痰热清注射液的患者男性多于女性,男女比例为1.22∶1;患者以未成年人居多;使用科室和开具处方医生主要集中于儿科、急诊科、呼吸内科。处方诊断主要为上呼吸道感染(200例),构成比为50.00%。适应症不符的处方只有1张。结论 2016年武汉大学人民医院痰热清注射液的使用基本合理,但仍存在不规范使用现象。建议严格按照痰热清注射液药品说明书合理使用,加强辨证论治,发挥中成药在医疗中的作用。Objective To analyze the utilization of Tanreqing Injection in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University in 2016, and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods In retrospective study, the utilization of Tanreqing Injection in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January to December in 2016 was analyzed statistically in terms of gender, age, department, irrational drug use, etc. Results There were 400 prescriptions from outpatients and emergency patients. The male was more than female with the ratio of 1.22∶1. Most patients were juveniles. Use departments and doctors prescribing Tanreqing Injection were focused on pediatrics, emergency, and respiratory medicine departments. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection（200 cases） had the highest utilization rate, which was up to 50.00%. There was only one prescription that did not conform to the indications. Conclusion Although the clinical use of Tanreqing Injection in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University in 2016 is basically rational, there still are some nonstandard uses. In order to play more important role in clinical medicine, the clinical use of Tanreqing Injection should be strictly in accordance with the drug instructions and should emphasize treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
