刺络放血治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床应用

摘　　要：目的:总结刺血疗法在糖尿病周围神经病(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)中的临床应用概况,并联系此病病机,总结治疗规律。方法:检索近年来有关刺血疗法治疗DPN的文献,并进行整理、归纳,分析糖尿病周围神经病变的病机。结果:刺血疗法治疗DPN,一般采用点刺和叩刺的方式,取穴予循经取穴、局部取穴、循经结合局部取穴及其他取穴等。结论:DPN以虚为本,以瘀为标,刺血疗法有去瘀生血、改善局部微循环及组织缺氧状态以修复神经的作用,辅助治疗DPN具有明显效果,并可运用至相似病机的糖尿病并发症。Objective： To summarize the general status of clinical application of blood-letting puncture for diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）, and conclude the treatment rules by associating its pathogenesis. Methods： Retrieved the literature of blood-letting puncture therapy for DPN in recent years, and analyzed the pathogenesis of DPN through organization and summarization. Results. In the treatment of DPN with blood-letting puncture therapy, the method of pricking and tapping was generally adopted, together with such acupoint selection methods as along-channel selection, local selection or the combination of along-channel selection and local selection. Conclusion： DPN is characterized by deficiency in root and excess in branch. Blood-letting puncture has effect in dispelling stasis, generating blood, and improving the local microcirculation and tissue hypoxia so as to repair nerves. It has significant effect in adjuvant treatment of DPN, which can be applied in diabetic complications with similar pathogenesis.
