加减通窍活血汤治疗血瘀型经行头痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减通窍活血汤在血瘀型经行头痛治疗中的应用效果。方法:将120例血瘀型经行头痛患者随机分为2组各60例,治疗组应用加减通窍活血汤治疗,对照组应用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后的症状评分以及生活质量,统计头痛复发率。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率81.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。2组头痛症状评分均较治疗前有所减少(P <0.01),治疗组评分低于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后随访3月,2组的生活质量均较治疗前有明显改善(P <0.05),治疗组的生活质量情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组复发率10.0%,对照组复发率66.67%,2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:加减通窍活血汤治疗血瘀型经行头痛效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的头痛症状,减少头痛复发,在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue tang for menstrual headache of blood stasis type. Methods： Divided 120 cases of patients with menstrual headache of blood stasis type into two groups randomly, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with modified Tongqiao Huoxue tang, while the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules. Compared the clinical effect, symptoms score and quality of life before and after treatment in the two groups, and calculated the recurrence rate. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 81.67% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.01）. Headache symptoms score in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.01）, and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01}. After three-month follow-up, the quality of life in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, differences being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The recurrence rate was 10.0% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of modified Tongqiao Huoxue tang has significant effect in treating menstrual headache of blood stasis type, which can effectively relieve the headache, reduce the recurrence of headache and improve the quality of life of patients in a certain degree.
