摘　　要：伏立康唑作为侵袭性真菌感染的一线治疗药物,广泛应用于临床,但该药物治疗窗窄,药物的药动学性质具有较大的个体间及个体内变异。本文通过检索有关伏立康唑群体药动学研究的国内外文献,对其进行汇总分析。阐述伏立康唑在侵袭性真菌感染患者、移植患者和免疫缺陷患者中的群体药动学特征,及其在给药方案设计中的应用,进而为提高伏立康唑治疗有效率,减少不良反应发生,推进临床个体化给药提供理论依据。Voriconazote is widely used as the first-line treatment for invasive fungal infections, but its therapeutic window is narrow, and inter-individual and intra-individual variability in voriconazole pharmacokinetic properties is high. Here, we analyzed the domestic and foreign literatures on the pop- ulation pharmacokinetics of voriconazole and summa- rized the population pharmacokinetic characteristics of voriconazole in tions, transplant patients with invasive fungal infec- patients or immunodeficiency pa-tients, and the application in the design of dosage regimen, to improve drug treatment efficiency, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, thereby providing theoretical basis for clinically individual- ized voriconazole administration.
