摘  要:在目前煤价波动较大、煤种复杂、煤质多变的情况下,确定电厂的"最经济煤种",用最经济煤种在线指导配煤、在线指导购煤,提高经济效益成为目前电厂亟待解决的问题。国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司通过在不同负荷、不同煤质工况下进行对比实验,得出锅炉效率与混煤热值的图线关系、排灰成本和环保成本与煤质的关系以及综合成本与混煤热值的图线关系,并由此得到16 MJ/kg热值的混煤为当年度电厂的"最经济煤种"。In the current situation of coal price fluctuations, complex kinds of coal and changes in coal quality, determining "the most economical coal" of power plants and with the most economical coal to guide coal blending online, to guide coal purchasing coal online, andto improve economic benefits have become urgent problems to be solved by power plants. Ningxia Shizuishan Power Plant obtained the figure between the boiler efficiency and blending - coal calorific value, the quantitative relationship betweeneost of ash and environmental protection and coal quality, the figure between overall cost and blending- coal calorific value, and thus find that 16MJ/kg is "the most economical coal" of this year.
