摘 要:本研究采用氯化甘油制备的二氯丙醇粗产物为原料,直接进行皂化反应制备环氧氯丙烷。研究了反应温度、反应时间、NaOH用量等对二氯丙醇与NaOH皂化反应的转化率与环氧氯丙烷的选择性的影响。实验结果表明,在NaOH过量理论量的30%~45%,反应温度30~60℃,反应时间30~60 min,二氯丙醇转化率高于96%,环氧氯丙烷选择性高于97%。二氯丙醇粗产物可直接皂化制备环氧氯丙烷,避免了传统方法中精馏精制二氯丙醇过程能耗。Crude dichloropropanol prepared by glycerol chlorination was used as raw material to directly react with NaOH for the synthesis of epichlorohydrin. The conversation of dichloropropanol and selectivity of epichlorohydrin were analyzed under different reaction temperatures, reaction time periods, and NaOH amount. The experimental results showed that the conversation of diehloropropanol was above 96% and the selectivity of epichlorohydrin was above 97% at the reaction temperatures of 30-60℃ for 30-60 ℃min with 1.30-1.45 times theoretical NaOH amount. Crude dichloropropanol could be directly saponified to produce epichlorohydrin, avoiding the energy cost caused by the conventional diehloropropanol distillation process.
