摘  要:石屑混凝土采用普通混凝土设计方法进行设计,混凝土性能效果不理想,而且胶凝材料用量偏高,混凝土经济性差。为解决石屑混凝土设计问题,借鉴"黄氏致密配比法"中骨架堆积充填原理,采用致密正填的方法进行石屑混凝土设计。首先采用石屑填充碎石空隙,取得最佳掺量后,用粉煤灰填充石屑与碎石的空隙,形成密实骨架组合,再赋予合理的水泥浆量作为润滑剂,最终得到石屑混凝土配合比。试验证明,采用致密正填法设计的石屑混凝土较之规范法设计的石屑混凝土,能优化骨料的组成级配、降低水泥的用量、改善混凝土的工作性能、提高混凝土的力学性能,提高经济效益,同时也减少了对环境的二次污染。The stone chips concrete is designed by ordinary concrete design method, the concrete performance is not good, the amount of cementing material is high, and the concrete economy is poor. In order to solve the design problem of stone chips concrete, based on the principle of "Huangshi compacted ratio method", the stone chips concrete is designed with the method of dense and positive filling. First of all, the stone chips are filled with the broken stone. After the best dosage is obtained, the fly ash is used to fill the gap between the debris and the crushed stone, forming a compacting skeleton combination, and then giving the reasonable cement quantity as the lubricant, and finally getting the mix ratio of the stone chips concrete. The test shows that the stone chips concrete designed by the dense filling method can optimize the composition of the aggregate, cut down the amount of cement, reform the performance of concrete, enhance the mechanical properties of concrete, improve the economic benefits, and reduce the secondary pollution to the environment.
