摘  要:长期以来,活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)被认为是有害的代谢产物,能够损伤细胞蛋白、脂质和核酸。同时, ROS也被称为吞噬细胞的武器,能够抵抗病原体入侵宿主。然而,近年来的研究表明, ROS作为信号分子在细胞、组织和器官的许多信号传递途径中都具有重要作用。T淋巴细胞是免疫系统的核心组成部分, ROS能够通过对T细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡以及功能的调节,在机体的免疫系统中起到重要的作用,参与机体固有和适应性免疫的构建,维护机体内环境稳态。For a long time, reactive oxygen species (ROS) have been considered as a harmful metabolite that can damage cellular proteins, lipids and nucleic acids. At the same time, ROS are also known as a piaagocytic weapon that resists the invasion of pathogens into the host. However, recent studies have shown that ROS, as signal molecules, play an important role in many signaling pathways in cells, tissues and organs. T lymphocytes are the core components of the immune system. ROS can participate in the construction of innate and specific immunity and the homeostasis in the body through the regulation of proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and function ofT cells.
