摘 要:目的探讨氧气驱动雾化(氧驱雾化)与空气压缩泵驱动雾化(泵驱雾化)吸入法在儿科的应用效果。方法 68例肺炎患儿,按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。治疗组使用氧驱雾化吸入法治疗,对照组使用泵驱雾化吸入法治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状缓解时间。结果治疗组患儿咳嗽、缺氧、喘憋、咳痰、肺部啰音、胸片炎症缓解时间分别为(4.47±0.32)d、(52.25±7.64)h、(50.32±2.34)min、(4.23±0.46)d、(5.22±0.23)d、(6.90±0.33)d,均短于对照组的(5.31±0.43)d、(67.89±6.56)h、(65.25±6.21)min、(5.34±0.41)d、(6.09±0.26)d、(7.29±0.37)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泵驱雾化泵射流装置将气雾状药物喷入到患儿的呼吸道,使得药物直接接触到病变部位,药效快且用药量少;氧驱动雾化吸入的药物直径适中,不会阻碍患儿的气道,而且能持久保持药物浓度,直达病变部位快速发挥药效。医生在临床上应根据不同的疾病进行甄别,为不同的患儿选择合适的雾化器。Objective To investigate the application effect of oxygen driven atomization(oxygen atomization) and air compression pump drive atomization(pump drive atomization) inhalation therapy in department of pediatrics. Methods A total of 68 pneumonia children were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods, 34 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by oxygen atomization inhalation, the control group was treated by pump atomization inhalation. The remission time of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results The remission times of cough, anoxia, asthma, expectoration, pulmonary rales and chest inflammation in the treatment group were(4.47±0.32) d,(52.25± 7.64) h,(50.32±2.34) min,(4.23±0.46) d,(5.22±0.23) d and(6.90±0.33) d respectively, which were signficantly shorter than(5.31±0.43) d,(67.89±6.56) h,(65.25±6.21) min,(5.34±0.41) d,(6.09±0.26) d and(7.29±0.37) d in the control group, the differences were statistically signficant(P0.05). Conclusion The pump driven atomization pump jet device sprays the aerosol medicines into the patients' respiratory tract, which makes the drug directly contact the lesion site, and has fast efficacy and less dosage. Oxygen driven atomization inhalation of medicines with moderate diameter will not obstruct the airway of children, and can maintain the concentration of medicines to the lesion site can quickly play a role. Doctors should select the appropriate atomizer for different children according to different diseases.
