左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染临床疗效观察及药学分析

摘　　要：目的分析左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法 198例尿路感染患者,按照入院号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组99例。对照组使用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,观察组使用左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效、临床指标改善情况以及尿常规检查情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为92.93%,明显优于对照组的82.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组平均退热时间、平均尿菌转阴时间、平均症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞、红细胞好转时间与消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染的疗效显著,能够改善患者的临床症状,值得临床大力推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Levofloxacin combined with Ceftazidime in the treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods A total of 198 patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the admission number, 99 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levofloxacin, the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin combined with Ceftazidime. The therapeutic effect, the improvement of clinical indicators and urine routine examination between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.93%, which was significantly better than 82.83% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the average fever abatement time, average urinary bacteria negative conversion time and average symptoms disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The improvement time and disappearance time of white blood cells and red blood cells in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Ceftazidime in the treatment of urinary tract infection has a significant effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion and use widely.
