探讨综合护理干预措施对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探析综合护理干预措施对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿的护理效果。方法 76例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿,按照住院先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,对比两组患儿护理效果。结果实施护理干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛等评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施护理干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛等评分分别为(26.47±3.11)、(24.41±2.90)、(2.10±0.82)分均优于对照组(41.62±2.83)、(40.28±2.21)、(4.08±0.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的紫癜消退时间、住院时间、急腹症发生率分别为(6.91±1.93)d、(14.84±1.55)d、0%,均优于对照组(10.42±2.84)d、(28.81±3.05)d、13.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腹型过敏性紫癜患儿应用综合护理干预措施的临床护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on children with abdominal allergic purpura. Methods A total of 76 children with abdominal allergic purpura were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before implementation of nursing intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety, depression and pain between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After implementation of nursing intervention, the scores of anxiety, depression and pain in the observation group were（26.47±3.11） scores,（24.41±2.90） scores and（2.10±0.82） scores respectively, which were significantly better than（41.62±2.83） scores,（40.28±2.21） scores and（4.08±0.58） scores in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The purpura subsided time, length of stay, incidence of acute abdominal disease in the observation group were（6.91±1.93） d,（14.84±1.55） d and 0 respectively, which were significantly better than（10.42±2.84） d,（28.81±3.05） d and 13.2% in the control group, the differences were statistically signficant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with abdominal allergic purpura is remarkable and worth popularizing.
