摘　　要：境外机构境内账户（NRA账户）的推出,为“走出去”企业提高资金使用效率、促进贸易投资提供了便利.逐渐开放的账户管理及使用政策,进一步促进了依托NRA账户的跨境融资、金融创新业务,使得NRA账户蓬勃发展.为落实规范管理、防范银行跨境资金收支风险,文章归纳了当前NRA账户风险管理及其业务实践存在的问题,并就完善NRA账户管理提出相关建议.The introduction of Non-Resident Accounts （NRA） facilitates “going global” enterprises to improve the efciency of capital use and promote trade and investments. The gradual liberalization of NRA management and policies has further promoted the cross-border financing and financial innovations based on NRA, and the NRA has been developing quickly ever since. To implement the regulation and prevent cross-border payment risks, this paper summarizes the problems existing in current NRA risk management and its business practices, and proposes relevant suggestions for improving NRA management.
