摘 要:为了满足角位移传感器同步自整角机实时测角的要求,设计了一套基于旋变数字转换器AD2S80A的高精度同步自整角机实时测角系统。给出了同步自整角机自动测试系统的嵌入式硬件电路以及基于Modbus通信协议的上下位机软件系统的详细设计方案。通过实验数据的分析,采用16位转换器的同步自整角机自动测试系统的测角精度为0. 3',并且同步自整角机输出信号经过轴角转换电路后测试系统所测得的角度误差小于6',满足同步自整角机动态测角系统测量轴角的高精度设计要求。In oMer to meet the requirements for real time angle measurement of synchro, based on the Synchro-to-Digital converter AD2S80A, this paper designed a set of high precision and real time synchro angle measurement system.This paper gave a detailed design of the embedded haMware circuits, and the software system of upper and lower computer, which is based on the Modbus communication protocol, was introduced. By analysis the results of experiment, the angle measurement accuracy of Synchro Automatic Measurement System using 16Bit converter is 0. 3'. Alter the synchro output signal passing rotary converter circuit, the error of this system is less than 6', which is Met high-precision measurement requirements of the Synchro Automatic Measurement System.
