摘　　要：通过对国内外智能小区物业管理系统的研究现状分析,提出所设计的智能小区物业管理系统的功能和性能需求,在功能上智能化小区物业管理系统包括的功能有智能家居管理、安全防范管理、停车场管理、综合网络管理、智能商业互联等。在性能上满足先进性、可靠性、可扩展性、安全性和兼容性。设计了该系统的拓扑结构和硬件平台,该系统以中心机房为枢纽,将智能家居、物业数字化管理、物业智能化管理相结合,实现真正意义上信息联通、小区电子购物、自动缴费、家政服务等。In this paper, intelligent residential property management system is studies and designed.Through the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign intelligent property management system, itputs forward the function and performance requirements of intelligent residential property managementsystem. The residential property management system includes smart home management, security man-agement, parking management, integrated network management, intelligent business interconnection,etc. The system can meet the performance of advanced, reliability, extensible, security andcompatibility. This paper designs the topology structure and hardware platform of the system. The systemtakes the central computer room as a hub. The system combines intelligent home, digital management ofproperty and intelligent management of property. It realizes the real Information connected, theelectronic shopping in the community, the automatic payment, the domestic service and so on.
