摘　　要："一带一路"倡议为世界各国和地区给出了新的解决方案,为世界经济注入了新动力,为国际基础设施建设与合作带来了政策红利。本文通过对涉外建筑工程管理存在的问题进行分析,提出在文化交流、法律掌握、工程技术、质量管理、计价模式等方面的具体解决对策。the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has provided new solutions for all countries and regions in the world. That injected new impetus into the world economy, and brought about policy dividends for international infrastructure construction and cooperation. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of foreign construction engineering, this paper puts forward some concrete solutions in the aspects of cultural exchange, legal mastering, engineering technology, quality management, pricing mode, etc.
