掌侧锁定加压钛板与外固定架在C型桡骨远端骨折中应用比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨掌侧锁定加压钛板(LCP)与外固定架在C型桡骨远端骨折中的应用效果。方法:选择某院治疗的108例C型桡骨远端骨折患者,应用随机数表法将其分为2组,每组各54例。观察组采用掌侧LCP治疗,对照组采用外固定支架治疗。观察2组患者手术情况、术后影像学指标、腕关节功能恢复质量及并发症发生率等。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间少于对照组,尺偏角、掌倾角°、桡骨高度及背伸、掌屈活动度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);关节功能恢复优良率观察组(90. 74%)高于对照组(75. 93%),并发症发生率观察组(3. 70%)低于对照组(14. 81%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:掌侧LCP是C型桡骨远端骨折治疗中安全且有效的术式,利于加快骨折愈合,促进腕关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To compare the application effects of volar locking compression plate （LCP） and external fixator in type-C distal radius fracture, netbods：108 patients with type-C distal radius fracture treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each. The observation group was given volar LCP,while the control group was treated with external fixator. Surgical conditions, postoperative imaging indexes, recovery quality of wrist joint function, and complications in the two groups were observed. Results：The intraoperative bleeding volume and operation time of the observation group were less than those of the control group ;the deflection angle, inclination angle, radial height, dorsiflexion and palmar flexion range of motion in the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The excellent rate of joint function recovery in the observation group （90. 74%） was higher than that of the control group （75. 93%）, and the incidence of complications in the observation group （ 3.70% ） was lower than that of the control group （ 14.81% ） （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Volar LCP in treatment of type-C distal radius fracture is safe and effective. It can accelerate fracture healing, promote recovery of wrist joint function, and reduce postoperative complications.
