摘 要:运用OM、SEM、TEM及其附带的EDS研究了不同厂家钼粉所制钼棒的显微组织及其组织缺陷,重点分析了组织缺陷较多钼棒的显微孔洞形态、化学成分及其相组成。结果表明,不同厂家钼粉生产纯钼棒显微组织不同,细晶组织钼棒组织缺陷较少,而粗晶组织钼棒组织缺陷较多;粗晶组织钼棒显微孔洞形态呈现多样化,有近球形或多边形、椭球形、短棒状、不规则形等形态;显微孔洞边缘杂质元素富集严重,以氧元素为主;显微孔洞边缘由Mo基体以及非晶和纳米晶混合区组成,其中纳米晶为简单单斜点阵结构的MoO_3。Microstructure and microstructure defects of molybdenum bars made from molybdenum powder of different supplies were studied by OM,SEM,TEM equipped with EDS. Micro-pore morphology,chemical composition and phase composition of molybdenum bars which have more microstructure defects were mainly analyzed. The results indicate that microstructure of molybdenum bars produced from molybdenum powder of different supplies are different. Molybdenum bars with fine grain structure have fewer microstructure defects,while molybdenum bars with coarse grain structure have more defects. Morphology of micro-pores are diversified for coarse-grained molybdenum bars. There are nearly of spherical or polygonal,ellipsoidal,short rod and irregular shapes. The impurities at the edge of micro-pores are enriched seriously,mainly by oxygen element. The micro-pore edge is composed of molybdenum matrix and amorphous and nanocrystalline mixed zone. The nanocrystals are Mo O3 with simple monoclinic lattice structure.
