摘　　要：随着新型电力电子器件的出现,以柔性直流输电产品为代表的新兴电力电子技术得到了广泛应用,并呈现高电压、大容量的发展趋势。以电力电子设备中柔性直流MMC模块为例,介绍了模块各组成部分的电气功能与结构特点,着重叙述了模块设计中的重点问题与解决方案。With the emergence of new power electronic devices,the emerging power electronics technology is widely applying in HVDC transmission products. The paper presents the development trend of high voltage and large capacity. Taking MMC module as an example,it introduces the electrical functions and structural features of each combination part of the module,and focuses on the key problems and solutions in module design.
