摘　　要：在总结野生动物摄影具有纪实性、形象性、艺术性、瞬间性等特点的基础上,从认识功能、宣传教育功能、审美功能等方面对野生动物摄影的价值和伦理冲突进行分析探讨,认为野生动物摄影中存在野生动物摄影摆拍现象严重、野生动物摄影摆拍产业化、野生动物栖息地干扰破坏等伦理问题。因此,应全面提高野生动物摄影者的道德修养和职业素养、建立健全野生动物摄影的法律法规和行业规范、规范市场竞争机制和监督机制,以期提高人们对野生动物摄影伦理道德问题的重视,推动野生动物摄影的文明发展。With the rapid development of wildlife photography, the ethical issue of wildlife photography is also becoming increasingly prominent. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of documentary, image, artistry and instant of wildlife photography, this paper analyzed and discussed the value and ethical conflicts of wildlife photography from the aspects of cognitive function, publicity and education function, and aesthetic function, and got that there were ethical issues such as the serious phenomenon of intended photographing in wildlife photography, the industrialization of wildlife photography, and the disturbance of wildlife habitat in wildlife photography. Based on the above discussion, the author proposed specific measures and suggestions for solving conflicts, such as com- prehensively improving the moral cultivation and professional accomplishment of wildlife photographers, establishing laws and regulations and industry norms for wildlife photography, standardizing market competition mechanisms and supervision mechanisms and so on, in order to improve people＇s attention to ethical and moral issues of wildlife photography and promote the development of ecological civilization of wildlife photography.
