摘  要:储罐作为部分企业最基础的辅助生产设施单元之一,其运行过程中产生的VOCs排放量占整个企业VOCs排放总量的比重较大。主要介绍了不同储罐VOCs的排放形式、特点,讨论了储罐结构、环境因素、操作参数、物料物性4个方面对储罐VOCs排放的影响。最后,从全过程精细化管理的角度出发,提出几点在源头预防、过程控制以及末端治理层面上可行的减排策略。As storage tanks are one of the most basic auxiliary production facilities in enterprises, the VOCs emission generated from storage tanks account for a large proportion of the total VOCs emission for the whole enterprise. This paper introduced the VOCs emission fornls and characteristics for different storage tanks, and discussed the impact of structure, environmental factors, operating parameters and nlaterial property of storage tanks on VOCs emission. Finally, from the perspective of whole-process management, several feasible emission reduction strategies at the level of source prevention, process control and end treatment were proposed in this paper.
