摘 要:开发煤层气有利于保障煤矿安全和实现能源稳定供应,然而管道腐蚀逐渐成为煤层气高效安全生产的重要制约因素。通过分析国内煤层气管道系统的腐蚀现状并总结煤层气管道腐蚀的主要机制和影响因素,综述了国内外管道剩余强度评价方法的发展历程,针对煤层气管道的腐蚀特征阐述了有限元分析法在体积型缺陷管道应力分析上的应用,为我国煤层气安全生产管理体系的完善提供借鉴。CBM development is conducive to ensuring coal mine safety in production and achieving a stable supply of energy. However, corrosion of pipeline has gradually become an important constraint for efficient and safe production of CBM. This paper analyzed the corrosion status of CBM systems in China and the main mechanisms of CBM pipeline corrosion as well as ilLfluencing factors. It summarized the development pipeline residual strength evaluation methods at home and abroad. In view of the corrosion characteristics of CBM pipelines, this paper described the application of finite element analysis to stress analysis of volume-defective pipelines, which could provide reference for the improvement of CBM safely management system in China.
