喜炎平治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析喜炎平治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的临床效果及疗效。方法选取我院2015年11月至2016年11月收治的182例流行性腮腺炎患儿,随机分为试验组和对照组各91例,试验组予喜炎平治疗,对照组予利巴韦林治疗,对比两组患儿在退热时间、腮肿消退时间和临床效果。结果试验组患儿在退热时间、腮肿消退时间和临床效果方面明显高于对照组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论喜炎平用于治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎具有较好的疗效,且安全、无不良反应,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and curative effect of Xiyanping in treatment of children with epidemic parotitis. Methods 182 casesof mumps in children in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 91cases, treatment group were treated with Xiyanping treatment, control group received Leigh Bhave Lin therapy, compared two groups of regression time andclinical effect in the time of fever, mumps. Results In the experimental group, the antipyretic time, the swelling subsided time and the clinical effect weresignificantly higher than those in the control group, P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Xiyanping injection for the treatment ofchildren mumps has good curative effect, safety, and no adverse reaction, worthy of promotion and application.[
