高龄妊娠期妇女用药指导和营养管理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通过微信平台开展高龄妊娠期妇女用药指导和营养管理的效果.方法选取240例常规产前检查的高龄孕妇随机分为试验组和对照组各120例.对照组孕妇接受常规产检与孕期健康教育,试验组孕妇接受常规产检与针对性用药指导和个性化营养管理项目,追踪比较两组孕妇妊娠并发症、妊娠结局及围生儿结局.结果试验组对均衡营养、饮食健康、用药禁忌、合理用药知识的知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.试验组妊娠糖尿病、贫血和剖宫产率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.试验组低体重儿和巨大胎儿的发生率显著较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论高龄妊娠期妇女用药指导和营养管理可以改善孕妇的分娩结局及围生儿结局.这种妊娠期健康管理模式值得推广.Objective To investigate the effect of medication guidance and nutrition management for pregnant women with advanced maternal age based on Wechat platform. Methods 240 pregnant women with advanced maternal age undergoing antenatal examinations were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 120 cases in each group. The control group received routine antenatal examinations and pregnancy health education, while the experimental group received additional medication guidance and nutrition management. Then the pregnancy complications, pregnancy outcomes, perinatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rates of knowledge of nutrition balance, diet health, medical contraindication, and rational administration in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of gestational diabetes mellitus, anemia, and cesarean section in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of low birth weight infant and macrosomia in the experimental group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medication guidance and nutrition management for pregnant women with advanced maternal age can improve the pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes. The novel pattern of pregnancy health management deserves to be spread and utilized.
