摘　　要：目的通过检测原因不明复发性流产患者与正常妊娠者绒毛中p57Kip2的表达,对p57Kip2表达与原因不明复发性流产的关系进行初步研究.方法82例早期妊娠原因不明复发性流产患者（URSA组）及97例正常妊娠者（对照组）,取绒毛,早期自然流产绒毛分为孕7～9周样本及孕10～12周样本两组,免疫组化检测绒毛组织p57Kip2表达变化,RT-PCR及Western-blot方法分别检测p57Kip2基因及蛋白表达.结果1.免疫组化检测显示：p57Kip2在10～12周样本URSA组的绒毛中表达更为强烈,在自然流产组的表达明显高于正常妊娠组（P〈0.05）;而在7～9周样本自然流产组的绒毛中表达略为强烈,在URSA组的表达略高于正常妊娠组,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.2.RT-PCR检测显示：URSA组绒毛10～12周样本中p57Kip2表达高于相同孕周的正常早孕,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而URSA组绒毛7～9周样本中p57Kip2表达虽略高于相同孕周的正常早孕,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.3.Western-blot检测显示：URSA组绒毛10～12周样本中p57Kip2表达高于相同孕周的正常早孕,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而URSA组绒毛7～9周样本中p57Kip2表达虽略高于相同孕周的正常早孕,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论URSA与患者10～12周自然流产绒毛组织中p57Kip2表达较高存在-定的联系.Objective The relationship between the expression of p57Kip2 and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （URSA） was preliminarily studied by means of the expression of p57Kip2 in the villi of URSA patients and normal pregnant women. Methods 82 patients with URSA at the early state of pregnancy （URSA group） and 97 normal pregnant women （control group） were selected. Early abortion villi samples were divided into the two groups, 7 to 9 weeks of pregnancy and 10 to 12 weeks of pregnancy samples. The expression of p57Kip2 in villi was detected by immunohistochemistry, p57Kip2 gene and protein expression were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot method. Results 1. Immunohistochemical detection showed that p57Kip2 expression was more strongly expressed in the villi of the URSA group during 10-12 weeks of pregnancy, and which was signifcantly higher in the URSA group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; p57Kip2 expression was slightly strongly expressed in the villi of the URSA group during 7-9 weeks of pregnancy, and which was slightly higher in the URSA group than that in the control group, without statistically signifcant difference （P〉0.05）. 2. RT-PCR test showed that the expression of p57Kip2 in the villi of the URSA group during 10-12 weeks of pregnancy was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the expression of p57Kip2 in the villi of the URSA group during 7-9 weeks of pregnancy was slightly higher than that of the control group, without statistically signifcant difference （P〉0.05）. 3. Western-blot test showed that the expression of p57Kip2 in the villi of the URSA group during 10-12 weeks of pregnancy was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the expression of p57Kip2 in the villi of the URSA group during 7-9 weeks of pregnancy was slightly higher than that of the control group, without statistically signifcant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was a certain association between URSA and high p57Kip2 expression in the villous tissue
