摘　　要：目的比较分析抗HIV检测中进行不同免疫检验的结果.方法临床选择本中心2016年5月至2017年3月126例艾滋病患者,均经免疫印迹确诊,其中HIV抗体阴性者50例,HIV阳性者76例,均进行酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA）及胶体金快速试验法,比较两种检验方式的准确性.结果ELISA检测HIV抗体阳性114例（90.5%）,HIV抗体阴性12例,胶体金快速法试验检测HIV抗体阳性109例（86.5%）,HIV抗体阴性17例,两种检测方法准确性比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但ELISA试验法的检测阳性情况高于胶体金快速法试验.结论ELISA法、胶体金快速法检测艾滋病患者血清中的HIV抗体的准确性均较高,操作简便,值得临床推广.Objective To analyze the HIV （human immunodefciency virus） detection results through the different immunology tests. Methods 126 AIDS （acquired immune defciency syndrome） patients treated in our center from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected. Through the Western blotting, 50 negative HIV antibody cases and 76 positive HIV antibody cases were proved. The detection accuracy based on the ELISA （enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay） and immune colloidal gold technique were compared. Results 114 positive HIV antibody cases （90.5%） and 12 negative HIV antibody cases were confrmed by ELISA; 109 positive HIV antibody cases （86.5%） and 17 negative HIV antibody cases were confrmed by immune colloidal gold technique, which showed no statistically significant difference between groups （P〉0.05）; but the positive detection rate based on the ELISA was higher than that of immune colloidal gold technique. Conclusion For AIDS patients, both ELISA and immune colloidal gold technique have the high detection accuracy of HIV antibody and are easy to operate, worthy of clinical promotion.
