摘 要:目的识别、分析南京市某正丙醇及醋酸正丙酯项目中可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价其拟采取措施的有效性,提出危害控制关键点。方法采用工程分析法、类比法、风险评估法和检查表法进行综合分析与评价。结果项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学因素(CO、丙醛、正丙醇、醋酸、醋酸正丙酯、乙二醇)和物理因素(噪声、高温和低温)。类比企业现场检测,化学因素设采样点18个,合格率为100%;物理因素设检测点12个,合格率为100%。结论项目在完善预评价报告提出的防护措施后,项目中可能出现的职业病危害能得到有效控制,项目在职业病危害的防护上是可行的。[Objective] To identify and analyze the occupational hazards existed in a n-propanol and n-propyl acetate project in Nanjing City, assess their degree, evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed measures and put forward the hazard critical control points.[Metbods] Comprehensive analysis and evaluation was performed by using engineering analysis, analogy, risk assessment and checklist method.[ Results]The main occupational hazard factors in this project were chemical faetors (CO, propionaldehyde, n-propanol, acetic acid, n-propyl acetate, ethylene glycol) and physical factors (noise, high temperature and low temperature). Analogy company on-site inspection results showed that the qualification rates of 18 sampling points for chemical factors were 100% and the qualification rates of 12 sampling points for physical factors were 100%. [Conclusion] After perfecting the protective measures proposed in the pre-assessment report, the occupational hazards in the project can be effectively controlled and the project is feasible in the protection of occupational hazards.
