摘  要:针对目前靠人工进行的互感器负荷箱校准工作中存在的测量点多、效率低且现有校准装置调节细度小及抗谐波干扰能力差等问题,设计与开发了一种集数据采集、自动误差处理、不确定度评定、及数据管理等功能为一体的智能化互感器负荷箱自动校准系统。通过该系统的研究与应用,不仅解决了目前在进行负荷箱校准中存在的问题,也实现了互感器负荷箱自动校准。Aiming at the problems such as the large amount of measurement points, the low efciency, the small adjustment and the poor anti-harmonic interference ability of the existing calibration device in the transformer load box calibration work, we designed and developed a set of intelligent transformer load cases of automatic calibration system with data acquisition, automatic error handling, the uncertainty evaluation, the automatic generation of the calibration certifcate, the original records and data management, and other functions. Through the research and application of the system, not only solves the problems existing in the current in the load cases of calibration, but also realized in the true sense of the transformer load cases of automatic calibration.
