补肾益气清热法联合配偶外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾益气清热法+配偶外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者的临床效果。方法:患者97例,依据治疗方式不同分组,对照组48例采取配偶外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法治疗,研究组49例于对照组基础上采取补肾益气清热法治疗,比较2组妊娠结局。结果:2组早产率、流产率比较差异不明显(P>0.05),研究组足月分娩率85.71%较对照组68.75%高(P<0.05)。结论:封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者采取补肾益气清热法+配偶外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法治疗,能显著提高足月分娩率。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi Qingre method ＋ spouse peripheral blood lymphocyte active immunotherapy in patients with blocked antibody negative recurrent abortion. Methods： 97 patients with closed antibody-negative recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected according to different treatment methods. 48 patients in the control group were treated with active immunotherapy of spouse peripheral blood lymphocytes, and 49 patients in the study group were compared. On the basis of group, taking Bushen Yiqi Qingre therapy. Pregnancy outcomes were compared between the 2 groups. Results： There was no significant difference in preterm birth rate and abortion rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The full-term delivery rate of the study group was 85.71% higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Closed antibody negative recurrent abortion patients with Bushen Yiqi Qingre method＋spouse peripheral blood lymphocyte active immunotherapy can significantly improve the full-term de- livery rate.
