益气抗癌汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗毒副作用及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气抗癌汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗毒副作用及免疫功能的影响。方法:80例,随机分为2组,每组40例。对照接受TP化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上接受益气抗癌汤治疗。对比2组疗效、毒副反应及免疫功能情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的54.00%,毒副反应总发生率为22.50%,低于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平均下降,且与对照组相比,观察组上述指标水平低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气抗癌汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗可提升该病治疗效果,且利于缓解化疗治疗产生的药物毒副反应,提升机体免疫。Objective： To explore the effects of Yiqi anticancer decoction on toxic and side effects and immune func- tion of advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods： 80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table, with 40 cases in each group. Control group received TP chemotherapy, while the observation group received Yiqi anticancer decoction on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, side effects and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results： the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 82.50%, higher than that of the control group （54%）, the total incidence of toxic and side effects was 22.50%, which was lower than 60% in the control group. The difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD3 ＋ andCD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ decreased in the two groups, and the level of the above indexes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There were statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer treated by Yiqi anticancer de- coction can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease, and help to relieve the side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs and improve the immunity of the body.
