自拟中药方治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药方对类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组各30例。对照给予来氟米特治疗;治疗组在其基础上加用自拟中药治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组治疗后关节肿胀数、关节压痛、VAS评分、DAS评分、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及类风湿因子(RF)、补体C3、免疫球蛋白IGG、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(CCP)指标均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且ESR、CCP指标治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方治疗类风湿关节炎可改善关节肿胀、压痛,缓解临床症状,降低免疫指标,疗效明显。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis. Meth- ods： 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases each. The control group was treated with leflunomide; the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The number of joint swelling, joint tenderness, VAS score, DAS score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and the like in the treatment group and the con- trol group, the indexes of rheumatoid factor （RF）, complement C3, immunoglobulin IGG and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody （CCP） were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the treatment groups of ESR and CCP were all treated. Significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine can improve joint swelling, tenderness, relieve clinical symptoms, reduce immune index, and has obvious curative effect.
