益髓补肾方对高危弥漫大B淋巴瘤化疗后患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究益髓补肾方对高危弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)化疗后患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:将河南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的74例高危DLBCL患者随机分为2组,观察组(n=36)对照组(n=38)。其中对照组采用CHOP为基础的化疗方案,而观察组在对照组的基础上,给予益髓补肾方治疗。治疗后观察2组患者临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组高危DLBCL患者近期临床疗效并无显著提升(P>0.05),KPS评分及QLQ-C30评分更高(P=0.022,0.018),治疗后总不良情况发生率更低(P=0.017),T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:益髓补肾方提高了CHOP为基础方案治疗高危DLBCL患者的生存质量及免疫功能,减轻了化疗毒副反应。Objective： To study the effects of Yisui Bushen Formula on the clinical efficacy and immune timction of patients with high risk diffuse large B cell lymphoma （ DLBCL ） after chemotherapy. Methods： 74 cases of high risk DLBCL patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the observation group （ n=36 ） and the control group （ n=38 ）. The control group was treated with CHOP based chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with Yisui Bushen Formula on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, immune function and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment, compared with the control group, there was no significant improvement in short-term curative effect in observation group （ P〉0.05 ）. However, after treatment, KPS score and QLQ-C30 score were higher （ P=0.022, 0.018 ）, the total occurrence rate of adverse reactions was lower （ P=0.017 ）, T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines were significantly improved in observation group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yisui Bushen Formula improves the life quality and immune function combined with CHOP based regimen in the treatment of high risk DLBCL patients, and reduces the side effects of chemotherapy.
